Zimbabwe put 247 runs on the board

Bangladesh won the toss and decided to bowl first, but Zimbabwe batted brilliantly. Zimbabwe team scored 247 runs after losing 6 wickets in 50 overs. During this, Ben Curran played an amazing inning and scored 111 runs facing 135 balls. The special thing was that he came as an opener and was not out till the end. At the same time, Brad Evans came and supported him well in the last overs.

Brad Evans faced 38 balls and scored unbeaten 58 runs, which included 2 fours and 5 sixes. At the same time, Sikandar Raza also played an important inning of 33 runs. On the other hand, for Bangladesh, Taskin Ahmed and Mehdi Hasan Miraj took maximum 2-2 wickets. Apart from these, Nahid Rana and Rishad Hussain got 1 success each.

Zimbabwe bowlers wreaked havoc

Bangladesh had a good start while chasing the target of 248 runs. Tanjid Hasan kept the team’s hopes of victory alive by playing an excellent half-century innings. At the same time, Tauheed Hridoy also scored 60 runs. At one time Bangladesh had scored 122 runs after losing 2 wickets. But after this the Zimbabwean bowlers bowled amazingly. Richard Ngarava took maximum 3 wickets. Whereas, Blessing Muzarabani and Brad Evans took 2-2 wickets. Due to which Bangladesh team was all out after scoring 234 runs in 48.1 overs and Zimbabwe won the match by 13 runs.
