Apple is preparing to launch the Pro models of its new iPhone 18 series in September this year. According to leaks, iPhone 18 Pro Max could be the most premium smartphone of the company, in which many major upgrades can be seen. Information about its possible price, launch timeline and features has been revealed in the reports. It is believed that this model may be more expensive than iPhone 17 Pro Max.

According to the latest leaks, Apple can launch iPhone 18 Pro Max in the Indian market with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. It has been claimed in the reports that the price of this model can be between Rs 1,49,900 to Rs 1,59,900. If this information proves to be correct then it may be launched at a higher price than the iPhone 17 Pro Max. According to leaks, the company can launch this smartphone along with iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Ultra around September 11, 2026. However, at present the company has not shared any official information regarding launch date or price.
Big upgrades can be found in display and performance
According to reports, a 6.9-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display can be given in iPhone 18 Pro Max. It is likely to have 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 3000 nits. For performance, the smartphone can be provided with Apple A20 Pro chipset based on 2nm process, which can be combined with Apple’s six core GPU. In terms of battery, this device can also be upgraded and it is expected to get a 5400mAh battery. Along with this, 25W wireless MagSafe charging support can also be seen.
There will be a big change in the camera
Talking about the camera section, according to leaks, triple rear camera setup can be given in iPhone 18 Pro Max. It may include 48 megapixel primary sensor, 48 megapixel ultra wide angle camera and 48 megapixel periscope telephoto camera. The phone is likely to have a 24-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calling. Reports claim that this device can be one of the most advanced smartphones of the company in terms of camera quality.
