Yogini Ekadashi Fast Parana Muhurat & Rules: In the scriptures, Yogini Ekadashi of Krishna Paksha of Ashadha month is considered a very holy and beneficial fast. Today is the fast of Yogini Ekadashi. By observing this fast and worshiping Lord Vishnu as per the rituals, one gets atonement for the sins committed knowingly or unknowingly and gets relief from physical suffering. There is a religious belief that by observing this fast one gets the virtue of feeding food to 88 thousand Brahmins.

Parana Muhurta of Yogini Ekadashi fast on 11th July

If you have observed the fast of Yogini Ekadashi on 10th July i.e. today, then you should break the fast tomorrow on Saturday, 11th July. The auspicious time of Paran on 11th July will be from 01:50 pm to 04:36 pm. Tomorrow there will be an auspicious time of 02 hours 46 minutes to break the fast.

Auspicious time for breaking the fast on 12th July

People of Vaishnav sect or those who observe Ekadashi fast on 11th July, Saturday, should break their fast on 12th July, Sunday. On this day, the auspicious time for breaking the fast of Yogini Ekadashi will start at 05.32 am. This auspicious time of Paran will last till 08:16 in the morning. On this day also there will be an auspicious time of 02 hours 46 minutes to break the fast.

Rules for breaking the fast

While breaking the fast of Yogini Ekadashi, eat charanamrit, basil leaves offered to Lord Vishnu or break the fast only by taking satvik food. Before performing Parana, take out donations or provide food to a Brahmin or a needy person. Doing this is considered extremely fruitful.
