He said that as I told earlier, this championship is taking place at a time when the whole world is busy in preparations for International Yoga Day. The theme of this year’s International Yoga Day is ‘Yoga for Healthy Aging’. Today, people are looking for solutions that can keep them healthy and active for a long time. Yoga is a very good option for this. Yoga provides freedom from both excesses of luxury and disease and most importantly, it is the best way to maintain a healthy lifestyle on a low budget. Therefore, you should remember this mantra: “Every day yoga will drive away all diseases.”
