Doing this can prove to be the biggest mistake. Actually, doing this causes sudden pressure on the muscles of the knees. Due to which the risk of pain and injury may increase. At the same time, if you do warm-up, it improves blood circulation and brings flexibility in the joints. Therefore, before doing exercises like running, squats or jumping, warm up for at least 10 minutes.
