Dhurandhar Box Office Record: Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar’ is India’s biggest film franchise in terms of earnings. The first part had earned Rs 1349.65 crore and the second part had earned Rs 1852.43 crore. That means total Rs 3202.08 crore. However, after 4 and a half months from now, a film is going to come which is being said that it can break the record of the film ‘Dhurandhar’. That film is Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Ramayana’, the first part of which is going to release on Diwali (November) this year and the second part will be released on Diwali in the year 2027.
Film exhibitor and trade analyst Vishek Chauhan recently said in a conversation with Siddharth Kannan that ‘Ramayana’ Can overtake ‘Dhurandhar’. He said, “Whenever you make a film like this, which has every kind of emotion, every element and every genre, it gives a great result. As happened with ‘Dhurandhar’. This film has all kinds of spices. People say that its second part was weaker than the first, but the second part is a good example of classic commercial filmmaking, which was at a better level than the first.”
‘Reminds me of Rakesh Roshan’s filmmaking’
He also said that ‘Dhurandhar’ was an amazing film. When he was watching this film, he thought that this film would break records and be a huge hit. He said, “I was reminded of the filmmaking of Rakesh Roshan and Manmohan Desai. There was a kind of peace in killing the villain. The audience feels like the burden of the mind gets lightened by such things.”
