
Sanjay Dutt: Akshay Kumar’s ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark in 4 days. 34 actors are working together in the film, in which there is a mix of senior and new stars. There is a lot of comedy and action in Akshay’s film. There was a tough competition throughout the film between Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, Arshad Warsi and Jackie Shroff. Although Sanjay Dutt was also cast in this picture, the actor also shot some scenes. But Sanju Baba left the film midway. Now director Ahmed Khan told that “There was a date issue, he had to go to the US for treatment. The dates of all the actors could not be changed, so he had to leave the film.”

Sometimes it was said that the dates were not matching with other films. But Ahmed Khan has now told the truth. Recently, while talking to News 18, he told that “Sanju Baba liked the script very much and he really wanted to be a part of this film. Many of his friends were also in the film – Jaggu Dada, Akshay… he was very excited.”
