The report of the committee formed under the leadership of CT Ravi has also not come yet. The central leadership of the party is waiting for the report. Once the committee’s investigation report comes, further action will be taken.
Despite not having numbers, JD(S) fielded candidates
Apart from this, it was told in the meeting with the central leadership that JD (S) did not have the numbers, yet they fielded a candidate due to which they had to face defeat. The state leadership of BJP had also discussed this matter with the leadership of JD (S) and was asked not to field the candidate. But despite this, JD (S) fielded its candidate in the elections.
Order to submit detailed report by June 25
Some JDS MLAs were already angry with his leadership and BJP had also warned them about this. But the matter could not be resolved. At the same time, Nitin Naveen addressed Karnataka BJP state president B.Y. Vijayendra and Leader of Opposition in the Assembly R. Instructions have been issued to Ashok. He has asked both the leaders to submit their detailed report on this entire matter by June 25, 2026. It is believed that on the basis of this report, BJP high command can take major action against the MLAs who cross-voting.
