Every day new revelations are being made in the Ram Temple offering theft case and new statements are also coming out from the Trust. Trust Treasurer Govind Dev Giri, while replying to the World Sindhi Forum on his letter head, has written that the silver bricks donated by his society are safe and in the bank. When the time comes, the Trust Board will make proper use of it. He has also written that these bricks have been melted and kept safe. These 200 kg silver bricks were donated to Ram Temple in the year 2021.

The society had also said that till date they have neither received the official receipt of the donation nor been told where the silver was used in the temple.

Record of silver bricks entered in the trust register

Now the Trust has clarified in its reply that the record of all the 200 kg silver bricks is registered in the Precious Metal Register of the Trust. According to the Trust, later a decision was taken and silver bars of 20 kg each with 99.99 percent purity were prepared by melting these bricks and other silver. The Trust has also sent photographs along with its reply, in which the weight of silver and the process of preparing the silver bar are shown. The Trust says that these silver bars are currently kept safe in the locker of Ayodhya branch of State Bank of India and will be used in the future for the works of the Trust.

Also, the Trust has asked Vishwa Sindhi Seva Sangam to provide the name, address, mobile, PAN and email of all the 200 donors, so that separate official receipts can be issued in the name of each donor, that is, the donation regarding which the Sindhi community had demanded transparency and information, now the Ram Mandir Trust has put forward its stand with documents and photographs.
