The actor was emotionally devastated by this sudden decision.

When the director asked to speak his line, the actor asked for a break. He says that after this ‘I went to the washroom and cried’. Akash Makhija says that when he was growing up, he loved Paresh Rawal’s role of Babu Rao in the film ‘Hera Pheri’. Now when I look back, it seems quite funny, because the name of my role in the wave series Rakh is also ‘Babu’.

Akash was also not the first choice for the ‘Rakh’ web series. About 800 auditions were taken and initially they were rejected. Although perhaps luck favored him. Today his negative role is being discussed the most.
