In the initial months of pregnancy, the mother’s diet has a direct impact on the development of the child.” /></a><a href=<b>Include these things in your diet</b>– At this time, include green vegetables, fruits, pulses, milk, cheese, dry fruits and protein rich things in your diet. Nutrients like folic acid, iron and calcium are essential for the development of the child’s brain, bones and body.” /></a><a href=<b>Keep distance from these things</b>– Avoid excessive fried food, packaged food, excess tea-coffee and taking medicines or supplements without doctor’s advice. Drink enough water and eat nutritious food at small intervals. Every pregnancy is different, so consult a gynecologist to decide the diet according to your needs. Proper nutrition plays an important role in keeping both mother and child healthy.” /></a><a href=<b>Being Physically Active</b>– Everyone should remain physically active through walking or running throughout the day. If the pregnancy test is positive then you should start taking light walks. However, it also depends on your health condition as to how long and how you should walk. Follow the routine of being physically active on the advice of a doctor or expert.” /></a><a href=<b>Stress manager is necessary</b>– Nowadays most of the women decide to get pregnant after the age of 30. Many times it becomes a struggle and the age reaches beyond 35. Whatever age you decide to get pregnant, just keep in mind that stress management should not be ignored. There is also a risk of the case getting worse due to stress. Daily meditation or yoga is an effective treatment.” /></a></p>
