After this post of BJP MP, now it seems that this matter will continue for a long time. Actually, Samajwadi Party has sent a legal notice to BJP MP Nishikant Dubey. This notice has been sent regarding the claims made on social media about Tinnu Yadav, accused of alleged irregularities related to offerings in Ayodhya. Earlier, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav had also warned Nishikant Dubey to remove his post.
Akhilesh’s lawyers also targeted
In his post, Dubey also targeted the lawyers of Akhilesh Yadav and said that such lawyers are defaming him.

He also took a dig at Akhilesh Yadav’s health and wrote, “What condition have you created for yourself? Why don’t you take something? At least take Vicks pill.”
Know where the controversy started
Nishikant Dubey is a BJP MP from Godda constituency of Jharkhand. On July 5, he shared an Sarvanna had made this claim citing police investigation and mobile call records. Nishikant wrote: “So, Tinnu was talking to ‘Tipu’?”
Akhilesh had given 10 minutes time to Dubey
After this, Akhilesh Yadav became very angry with Nishikant Dubey’s post. He warned Dubey to remove the post and gave him 10 minutes to do so. He said, “The BJP MP will have to remove his false social media post within 10 minutes; otherwise, action will be taken against him.” After this, when Dubey did not remove the post, a legal notice for defamation was sent to SP on Tuesday. On which Nishikant Dubey has again hit back.
