Murder of advocate Khwaja Moinuddin
Advocate Khawaja Moinuddin was murdered on 23 May 2026 outside his house in Masab Tank (Shantinagar, Nampally police station area), Hyderabad. At around 5:45 in the morning, he was going for swimming in his car parked outside his house. He was going to sit in the car after keeping the advocacy documents on the back seat, when a car hit him directly. It can be clearly seen in the CCTV video that the car has knowingly killed the advocate. His son Khawaja Farhan (himself a lawyer) and family allege that this was the result of their legal fight against illegal occupation of Waqf Board properties.
