Social media creator Ritam has shared her weight loss journey on her Instagram. While posting the video, he wrote in the caption – I have lost 26 kg of weight by eating 3 meals a day. In the video, he has also shared his entire day’s diet plan. According to which she used to eat a bowl full of protein in the morning. After this, she likes to eat protein, carbs and vegetables for lunch. His lunch plate consists of chicken, rice and vegetables. She told that she used to eat the same type of food every day.

Used to take these things in the evening

The woman had also kept the evening breakfast quite simple. At the same time, she used to eat chicken mince, roti and salad for dinner. That means eating only desi and simple food the whole day. Ritam says that to lose weight, it is necessary to completely give up carbohydrates like roti. She further said, “No one had told me that I could lose 26 kg by eating roti every day, but I did it and I used to eat roti every night.”

Although Ritam’s diet plan was quite disciplined, she believes that it is important to have some flexibility and room for favorite things in any diet. To keep her metabolic balance balanced and to stick to her goal for a long time, she used to eat one sweet thing every night. “Every night I used to eat a small piece of dark chocolate,” Ritam said. According to him, this small habit saved him from getting bored with the diet and feeling tired. “Weight loss that makes you sad and stressed out can’t be sustained in the long run,” he said.
