Man spent 5 days without eating anything

The person has an account on Instagram with the name dct_eats. Where he keeps posting videos related to food and drinks. Now recently this person posted a video and told that he spent 5 days without eating anything, which has helped in weight loss to a great extent. First day- The person started the first day with a blood test and his last balance meal. He also measured his weight, which was around 82 kg. On the first day he did light exercise and slept deeply for about 11 hours.

Second day- Now the effect of fasting started becoming visible on the second day. Gradually the headache started. But even after this he continued walking. During this time he also felt weakness and dizziness. But he balanced it by taking plenty of water and electrolytes.

Third and fourth day- After 3-4 days he started feeling less hungry. Whereas he did a lot of physical activity in both these days. Took massage, worked out and did all my work. But even after this he felt less hungry. Because during this time the body started using fat for energy.

Last day- Now it was time to break the fast. On the fifth day he ended his fast with bone broth. The result of staying without eating for 5 days was shocking. Actually, the person’s weight had reduced by 5 kg. The weight which was 82 kg on the first day was measured after 5 days and was 78 kg. However, after getting the blood test done, some changes were revealed.

Let us tell you that such fasting methods keep going viral on social media. But you should avoid fasting for such a long time without the advice of any expert or doctor. These bring about many changes in the body which can sometimes be negative.
