In such a situation, usually either the person on top comes down or the person on the bottom climbs up. But nothing like this happened here. The worker found such an easy solution in a few seconds that people are smiling after seeing it.

He turns one end of the bamboo upwards and the person standing above carefully places a cup of tea in the same hollow part.
