While travelling, many people do not keep in mind that a taxi or cab is also someone’s personal property. They feel that since they have paid the fare, they are now free to do anything in the vehicle. But a video that surfaced recently made it clear that every facility also has a limit. In this video, a cab driver dropped his passenger midway just because he lit a cigarette inside the car without asking.
Actually, this incident starts when a passenger is sitting comfortably in the cab while talking on the phone. During the conversation he suddenly takes out a cigarette and lights it. As soon as the driver sees this, he immediately stops him and asks, Brother, whom did you ask before lighting the cigarette? The passenger probably did not expect that someone would interrupt him on this matter. He casually replied why, can’t he smoke? What is there to ask in this?
What did the driver say?
The driver also expressed his views very calmly but clearly. He said that you are sitting in my car. If you are doing any work that may cause trouble to me or my vehicle, then it is important to ask at least once. Actually, smoking inside the car is not limited to just spreading bad smell. The fuel and many other things used in cars are inflammable. In such a situation, using a burning cigarette carelessly can be risky. This is the reason why most cab companies also do not allow smoking in their vehicles.
But instead of accepting his mistake, the passenger started arguing. He told the driver that this is not your personal car, it is a taxi. Perhaps he meant that after paying the rent he had the right to behave as he wished. On this the driver immediately replied that there is a taxi, but I am the owner. You haven’t bought it. Listening to him it was clear that he wants respect for his hard-earned car and does not want to allow anyone to ignore it.
When the passenger continued arguing, the driver stopped the car. It was raining outside, but he clearly said that if we could not respect the rules then the journey would end here. He asked the passenger to get down. After this the passenger tried to show off his money. He felt that by asking to pay the fare he would put pressure on the driver. But the driver did not yield at all. He bluntly said that show the glory of money to someone else. We also earn money every day.
Seeing the driver’s confidence, it was clear that his respect and his rules were more important to him than some money. Without any fear or hesitation, he dropped the passenger from the cab and ended the journey there.
