Viral Video: Not everyone can become Virat or Sachin! This is the answer a person gave to those grumbling about corporate job

June 14, 2026 by Uma Shankar

These days, a video is being discussed a lot on social media, in which a person has expressed his opinion about those people who often complain about their corporate jobs. His words may seem bitter to some people, but many people believe that he has spoken a truth which very few people talk about openly.

This video has been shared on Instagram with an account named @iron_crafted_life. In the video, the person tells that he was completing some work in his office at around 9 pm on Friday night. After finishing the work, an idea came to his mind, which he decided to share with people.

What did you say about corporate job?

He said that many people keep talking negatively about their jobs. It has become a habit to criticize the office, boss, work pressure or corporate life all the time. He said that if a person considers himself very hardworking, talented and passionate about his work, then he should also ask himself why he is still at the same place where he does not like to be. He further said that if someone really has so much passion and potential, then why doesn’t he convert his dreams into a career? Why doesn’t he start his own business? Why doesn’t he choose a new path? According to him, just complaining does not change anyone’s situation.

However, the most talked about part of the video was the one where he talked about being average. He said that not every person in the society can be extraordinary. Just as not everyone can become Sachin Tendulkar or Virat Kohli, similarly not everyone can become a big industrialist, millionaire or famous entrepreneur. He believes that many people live a normal life and there is no harm in it. He also placed himself in the same category and said that he is also a normal person. According to him, often people do not want to accept that they too are ordinary like other people. This is why they remain constantly angry with their circumstances.

The man also clarified that his words do not mean supporting any kind of bad work culture or exploitation of employees. He said that if someone’s job is actually harming his mental or physical health, keeping him under constant stress or making his life difficult, then there is no harm in leaving such a job. But if the job is normal, the environment is fine and there are only minor problems, then complaining about it all the time can make the person more dissatisfied.

He said that happiness largely depends on our attitude. If a person continues to hate the work in which he spends eight-ten hours of his day, it will be difficult for him to be happy. He said that not everything in life happens as per our choice, but we can definitely choose our attitude towards it. If we keep looking for shortcomings every day, then no job will look good. At the same time, if we focus on the positive aspects of our work, then things can feel much better.
