He said, if someone is not able to find a place to sit at the airport or is hungry, then there is nothing wrong in sitting on the ground or eating food. This does not mean at all that the person lacks civic sense.

One user commented, it is just a matter of compulsion or choice. However, many users also believe that Indians are often at the forefront in criticizing their own people.
