In this his son Veer Hirani is in the lead role. In this, Veer is seen in the role of a boy named Pritam, who is an expert in things related to cyber and technology. People are liking Veer a lot in this series. Meanwhile, Rajkumar Hirani has revealed that he wanted his son to be a director and not an actor.
Before coming into acting, Veer Hirani has also worked as an assistant director in many big projects. Also, Veer himself had made some films during his school days. In such a situation, Rajkumar Hirani felt that his son would also become a director like him. But he became an actor. Rajkumar Hirani says that Ranbir Kapoor has unknowingly inspired his son to become an actor.

Rajkumar Hirani Said, “Veer used to make very good films. He had made great films during his school days. I felt that he would become a director like me. After 12th, he took a break from studies and worked as an assistant in my film ‘Sanju’. He was also associated with some shooting schedules of ‘PK’.”

Rajkumar Hirani also said, “I thought he was learning direction. But one day he came to me and said that he wanted to become an actor. I believe that he got inspired to become an actor after seeing Ranbir. Maybe Ranbir told him that you are a great hero. After that he also thought that now he has to become an actor.”
