A video is creating a stir on the internet, which is said to be from Sindh area of Pakistan. Seeing the desi jugaad of a tea-pakoda seller in this video, everyone is saying – Brother, this guy is a genius. Although you might have seen many roadside tea and pakoda shops, but what this shopkeeper has done, you might have never seen it before. In this video going viral, it is seen that a shopkeeper is frying pakodas in his big pan on the roadside.
The oil in the pan is very hot and the pakodas are being fried slowly. So far everything seems normal. The twist comes when the camera zooms in a bit. Inside the same pan, a small steel vessel is kept in the middle of the hot oil, and tea is boiling in that vessel.
What is shown in this video?
Yes, you read it right. Pakodas are being fried below in the same pan and tea is being cooked in the vessel placed above. The viewer gets a little confused at first as to what is happening. But the shopkeeper’s logic is very clear. He is not making tea directly in oil. He is using the heat of the oil. The oil in the pan is so hot that the vessel placed over it gets heated automatically and due to that heat, the tea starts boiling inside. This means there is no need to burn gas separately. Two functions on one stove, that too without any extra expense.
Seeing this desi jugaad, people are watching this video again and again and sharing it extensively. One user wrote that brother changed the rules of physics and gave a live demo of heat transfer. While another wrote that now the mild flavor of pakodas would also be available in tea, 2 in 1 offer… while many people are not tired of praising the shopkeeper. People are saying that even if the method seems a bit strange, the hard work and brain of the person have to be saluted. It is not an easy task to handle two things while standing in front of a pan in such heat.
