Vibhuvana Sankashti Chaturthi 2026: In Sanatan Dharma, the fast of Sankashti Chaturthi is considered very special. This fast has been dedicated to the remover of obstacles and the first revered Lord Ganesha. This fast is observed every month on the Chaturthi date of Krishna Paksha. On Vibhuvan Sankashti Chaturthi, Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga will last from 05:28 am to 11:46 am. It will be very auspicious to worship Lord Ganesha in this yoga.
Vibhuvan Sankashti Chaturthi Puja Method (Vibhuvana Sankashti Chaturthi Puja Vidhi)
On Vibhuvan Sankashti Chaturthi, take bath in the morning and wear clean clothes. After this, take a resolution to observe Vibhuvan Sankashti Chaturthi fast and Ganesh puja and fast. Place the idol of Lord Ganesha on a post during auspicious time. Perform Jalabhishek of Lord Ganesha and adorn him with clothes, flowers, garland, sandalwood etc. Worship God duly by offering Akshat, turmeric, flowers, incense, lamp, fragrance, naivedya, betel leaves, betel nut and fruits.

Moon darshan and Arghya are considered to have special significance in Vibhuvan Sankashti Chaturthi fast. Moonrise will occur on June 03 at 10:04 pm. Devotees can offer Arghya to the Moon from this time till 10.43 pm. While offering Arghya to the Moon, definitely mix raw milk in water.
