Vi joins hands with Spotify, will get the benefit of ad-free music for 3 months

Vodafone Idea (Vi) has announced a new facility for its postpaid customers in India. The company has partnered with Sweden’s popular music streaming platform Spotify, which will now provide users with a better entertainment experience. Under this partnership, eligible Vi postpaid customers will be given a free subscription to Spotify Premium for three months.

Through this offer, users will be able to listen to music without advertisements, download songs and use them offline and enjoy high-quality audio. This facility is especially for those customers who are using select individual and family postpaid plans of Vi.

Activate through Vi app

According to the company, this benefit is available to both new and existing postpaid customers, provided their plan is covered under this offer. Users will have to activate this facility through Vi app. It is worth noting that this offer is only for those customers who have never Spotify Premium Has not been used.

Family Postpaid Plans

Vi’s marketing head Avnish Khosla said on this partnership that by collaborating with Spotify the company is giving a better and complete package of entertainment to its customers. He says that this step will help in establishing Vi as a strong content and connectivity platform. This Spotify Premium feature is being given free with certain postpaid plans. These include individual plans of ₹451, ₹551, ₹751 and ₹1,201 (REDX). Apart from this, this benefit will also be given in family postpaid plans like ₹701, ₹751, ₹871, ₹1,201, ₹1,301, ₹1,401, ₹1,526 and ₹1,601 (REDX Family). In the family plan, this facility will be available to the main account holder.

Better experience of both telecom and entertainment

After the three-month free period is over, users can continue their Spotify Premium service if they wish. for this Vi Add to Bill facility can be used, which will cost ₹ 139 per month. Through Spotify Premium, users get access to more than 100 million songs.

This includes ad-free music, better sound quality, the ability to choose favorite songs and the option of offline download. Users can easily manage their music list and play any song as per their choice. Overall, this partnership between Vi and Spotify will work to provide a better experience of both telecom and entertainment to the users.
