These fruits, which are mainly found in the countries of East Asia, are slightly different from those of India. Although there is a fruit which looks similar to the seasonal summer fruit litchi, but it also has a difference in taste and nutrition. So let’s know about these 5 fruits.

Talking about the fruits of East Asia, Durian is the fruit of Thailand. It may not be liked because of its strange smell, but durian is considered the king of fruits in South-East Asia. Actually, it is a treasure trove of many vitamins and good fats. It is grown in southern areas of India like Tamil Nadu, Kerala. This fruit will also be seen in some north-eastern states like Tripura-Assam.

India’s seasonal fruit, which looks like litchi, is known as Rambutan. This fruit is pulpy and full of juice and tastes similar to litchi. It contains Vitamin C in good quantity and is considered a hydrating fruit.

Yuzu fruit, which is yellow in color and looks exactly like lemon, is grown in Japan. You will get this in super markets of India or on online platforms. As is the name of this fruit, so is its appearance. Snake fruit is called snake fruit because of its outer skin. In fact, its peel looks exactly like a snake’s skin. Its texture is crisp and taste is tropical i.e. sour-sweet. Vitamins and minerals like potassium and calcium are also found in this fruit. In India it is found in parts of Kerala, Thrissur and Ernakulam.
