June 22, 2026 by Uma Shankar

Vastu Remedies For Luck: Many times it happens that we try our best to complete some work, but at the last moment the work is not completed and then the person starts getting disappointed. According to Vastu Shastra, this can often happen due to some Vaastu defect present in the house. If this is happening to you again and again, then there is no need to worry. By making some very small changes in your home and habits, you can easily remove these defects. Let us know about this in very simple words.

Keep the main door of the house clean

Vaastu Shastra Menador is considered to be the gateway to the energy of the house. If dirt, broken items or useless items are kept around the main door of the house, then it is not considered auspicious. Try to keep the place always clean and tidy. This maintains a positive atmosphere in the house.

Do not keep broken items at home

Many people keep broken utensils, broken watches, broken mirrors or faulty electronic items at home for a long time. According to Vastu, such items are considered to increase negativity. Therefore, it is considered better to remove the items which are not in use or are damaged from the house.

Pay special attention to north-east direction

North-East i.e. North-East corner is considered very important in Vastu. It is advised to avoid keeping heavy items in this direction. It is considered auspicious to keep places of worship or religious objects in this direction. This maintains the flow of positive energy in the house.

Light lamp or incense in the morning and evening

According to religious and Vaastu beliefs, lighting a lamp or incense in the house in the morning and evening purifies the environment. Many people also use camphor or incense during puja. It is believed that this reduces negativity and gives peace to the mind.

let the light come into the house

In Vastu Shastra, dark and closed places are not considered good. It is said that it is important to have natural light and fresh air in the house. Therefore, open the windows from time to time and keep the house ventilated.

Do not keep these things in the bedroom

According to Vastu, one should avoid keeping unnecessary electronic items, broken photo frames or damaged items in the bedroom. It is believed that this can increase mental stress and also affect sleep.

Plants also increase positivity

Planting Tulsi, money plant or other green plants in the house is considered auspicious. According to Vastu, green plants help in improving the environment and also increase positive energy. However, dry or withered plants should not be kept in the house.
