US is preparing to send joint forces of many countries to open Hormuz, India refuses

To keep the Strait of Hormuz safe and open, America is working on a joint military arrangement of many countries. If talks with Iran do not yield a solution, then the proposal to deploy troops from several countries on this issue will be discussed in a meeting to be held in France. There is pressure on India from America and its allied countries to contribute troops to this mission, but India has made it clear that it will not send its army.

India says that regional tensions should be resolved through dialogue and diplomacy. India will present its stand in the meeting to be held in France regarding the Middle East. At the G7 summit also, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will present India’s stand to the world on issues related to Iran and regional security.

Meeting on Iran issue on June 16

France has invited Egypt, Qatar, UAE and Saudi Arabia on the issue of talks with Iran and opening the Strait of Hormuz. Apart from these countries, India and America will also participate in this meeting to be held on June 16. The summit, to be held from June 15 to 17 in the French city of Evian-les-Bains, will bring together leaders of the world’s major economies, including US President Donald Trump as well as other high-level delegations.

India will be included in most of the discussions

Let us tell you that the issue of Middle East will be discussed in G7. Russia Ukraine issue will be discussed among G7 countries. India will have participation in most of the matters. On May 14, there will be bilateral talks between Prime Minister Modi and French President Emmanuel Macron. Both will also be together for lunch. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also attend the G7 summit in France as well as a technology conference in Paris.

This is part of PM Modi’s two-nation tour to France and Slovakia. Modi will meet French President Emmanuel Macron in Nice and then travel to Slovakia on Sunday, where he is expected to meet Prime Minister Robert Fico.

G7 summit in France after 7 years

This will be the 52nd summit of G7. Earlier, France had hosted the G7 in Biarritz in 2019. Evian-le-Bain hosted the G8 conference in 2003. After about 23 years, this city is again going to become a major center of global diplomacy.

G7 is a group of seven developed economies of the world. This includes America, France, Germany, Britain, Italy, Japan and Canada. The European Union (EU) also participates in the meetings of this group. This forum has been created to discuss the major challenges related to economic, political and security of the world.
