Urmila recently appeared as a guest in the dance reality show Best Dancer Season 5. In this show itself, he has shared the story related to the song. The actress told that earlier she did not want to do the song Chamma-Chhamma. But director Rajkumar Santoshi somehow convinced him.
The actress told that- the great director of that time who had made the film China Gate. He came to me and asked me to please do a guest appearance item song in it. So I was not in favor of it at all. Because at that time item songs were viewed very wrongly. That’s why I refused to do this song. However, Rajkumar Santoshi convinced Urmila to sing.

Urmila further told that Rajkumar Santoshi had said that, Urmila, a song had come years ago and whenever people talk about dance and choreographers, only this song comes in front of people’s eyes. I want to make a better song than that song. Just on this matter Urmila had said yes to doing the song.
The song was shot in a very short time
Urmila also told how in such a short time she and the entire team had shot the song Chamma-Chhamma. The actress said that the time to shoot the song was actually 12 days. But we completed it in just 3 days of singing.
