Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, another important step is being taken towards making Uttar Pradesh a trillion dollar economy. UP International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026 is being organized. After the success of the last three editions, this event has now become a major platform to connect the products, services, technology and innovations of Uttar Pradesh with the global market. Through this, the state’s industries, MSMEs, startups and export sectors are expected to get new opportunities.
More than 2400 exhibitors are expected to participate in UPITS-2026, while more than 550 international buyers from 85 countries are expected to visit. Apart from this, the presence of more than 1.50 lakh domestic B-to-B buyers and about 4.50 lakh common citizens is estimated. This event will not only take the state’s products to the global market but will also give new heights to investment and business partnerships.
Possibility of more than 4000 MoUs
More than 4000 Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) are likely to be signed during the trade show, the estimated value of which could be more than ₹3200 crore. Additionally, it is expected to generate potential business leads and inquiries worth more than ₹13,500 crore. This is expected to provide extensive benefits to MSMEs, ODOP units, exporters and entrepreneurs of the state.
Performance of industrial, export and investment promotion policies
This mega event, to be organized in about 1.10 lakh square meter exhibition area, will also showcase the industrial, export and investment promotion policies of the Yogi government. According to departmental officials, this event will play an important role in making the state more attractive for national and international investors as well as realizing Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s vision of a trillion dollar economy.
