It has been said in the report that he was given this responsibility without any written or formal order. The inquiry committee has considered this as a serious administrative lapse because there was no formal accountability fixed for such an important responsibility.

Relatives were put on counting duty

The police is now also investigating what other financial sources he had apart from this income.

Tinnu’s contacts with property dealers

Although only Rs 1 lakh in cash was recovered from him, police sources believe that his financial network could be much bigger than this.
