Pejeshkia’s liberal camp wants to save the country’s dying economy. America should be given some relaxation on the issue of uranium. Some of Trump’s conditions should be accepted and their own conditions should also be met, but the IRGC fundamentalist group wants the economy to be dependent on the grey-route. Enriched uranium should not go out of the country. Nor should uranium enrichment stop in Iran. This impasse has made Iran politically and strategically handicapped and because of this impasse, Trump has got an opportunity. So Trump held a marathon meeting with officials in the Oval and rejected the points of the agreement, added amendments and sent it back to Iran.
The amendment now stipulates that the uranium reserves will be seized and destroyed by the US or a third country. Hormuz will be allowed to be used by international ships without any conditions and Iran will get billions of dollars of seized property only if it takes steps in this direction and this is the reason why instead of diplomacy now strategic steps are being taken again.

It is claimed that Iran shot down an American MQ-1 drone flying in international waters, immediately after which CENTCOM fighter planes attacked Iran’s radar station and commander center, in response to which the IRGC fired missiles at the American airbase near Kuwait.
