Oman has prepared a temporary new route and crossing plan after taking permission from IMO. Under which no fees will be charged at present. But in the future, Oman and Iran can jointly impose fees on the Strait of Hormuz Passage. Under which Iran-Oman have talked about providing safe movement through the Strait of Hormuz and have emphasized on the sovereignty of their waters.
Not accepting Iran’s tolls or fees: Marco Rubio
It was due to the fear of this new system that US Secretary of State Marco Rubio visited UAE. After UAE, we will also discuss the security of the Strait of Hormuz including agreements with Gulf country allies in Kuwait and Bahrain. But immediately after the Oman-Iran joint statement, Marco Rubio made a statement that Washington will not accept Iran’s toll or fee on the Strait of Hormuz. The Strait of Hormuz is an international waterway and no country is allowed to charge tolls or fees on the international waterway.
Trump’s claim to stop nuclear program fails
The main reason for the beginning of the Iran War was Iran’s nuclear program. The same nuclear program which Trump is seen boasting about in the whole world is about to be stopped completely. His claim also seems to be failing because on one hand Trump is saying that Iran will no longer have any nuclear capability. Iran has also agreed to this condition. And Iran has also given permission to the IAEA to inspect its nuclear sites.
Iran denies inspection claim
But on the contrary, Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ismail Baghai has denied any claim of inspecting nuclear sites. Iran has clearly said that we have not had any talks regarding the nuclear program. There will be no discussion on any issue without completion of Article 13. Also, the claim of IAEA inspection has been completely rejected.
Missile program not part of the agreement
Iran has been continuously rejecting every claim of Trump. Like other claims, Trump had talked about dismantling Iran’s missile program in a rally in Pennsylvania. Whereas Iranian President Pejeshkian clearly said that Iran’s missile program is not part of the agreement with America. Discussion on Iran’s missiles is not included in the agreement and will never be included in the agreement. If we did not have missiles for our security, Israel and America would have destroyed our country.
America accepted everything of Iran
At the same time, now the world knows that to stop the war, America had to lift 47 years old sanctions on Iran. Iranian seized assets had to be restored. And the way for funds worth about 300 billion dollars had to be cleared for the reconstruction of Iran. Despite all this, Iran’s control over the Strait of Hormuz still remains a big challenge for America. All these situations prove the defeat of America. That is why Trump is changing his statements again and again. And just through statements they are trying to show that the war has been won.
