
Top 20 Shows: Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India has released the latest data of TRP ratings for the 20th week of the year 2026. Amidst the excitement of IPL matches and the growing excitement towards the finals, this week too the ratings of many big TV serials have been adversely affected. However, amidst this tough competition, the TV show ‘Vasudha’ has once again performed brilliantly and retained the first position in the TRP chart. There has been a slight improvement in the ratings of Star Plus’s most popular shows ‘Anupama’ and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’.
According to the official data of BARC for the 20th week, currently the IPL craze is at its peak in the country. Due to live broadcast of cricket matches, viewership of almost all prime time shows has been affected. But, there were some serials like Vasudha which kept their audience engaged even in this situation.

- Ganga Mai Ki Betiyaan: This show full of emotional and social drama has strengthened its hold by securing second place in the TRP list.
- Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2: This show, which is running with a great combination of old memories and new characters, has maintained its dominance at the number 3 position.
- Tum Se Tum Tak: Zee TV’s romantic drama this time also managed to save its old rating at the fourth position.
- AnupamaRupali Ganguly starrer ‘Anupama’ was troubled by the continuously falling ratings for the last few weeks, but this week it has got some relief due to the new track in the show and it has come at number five.

This week has brought good news for the makers of Star Plus’ longest running show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’. The high-voltage drama between Rohit and Abhira caught the attention of the audience, due to which the show jumped to number six this week. At the same time, ‘Udne Ki Aasha’ at number seven and ‘Because the forms of relationships also change’ have confirmed their place at number eight.
Sony SAB’s all-time favorite sitcom ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ has remained in the top 10 this time too on the basis of its loyal audience and has got the ninth position.
Why did the ratings of ‘Naagin 7’ and ‘Laughter Chefs’ fall drastically?
The biggest blow this week has been to Ekta Kapoor’s supernatural show ‘Naagin 7’, which has fallen straight to the tenth position. Colors TV’s celebrity cooking show ‘Laughter Chefs’, which was running in the top 5 for a long time, has slipped to the eleventh position this time.
