This film is stuck in legal trouble, due to which it is impossible to start its shooting at the moment. Now once again ‘Hera Pheri 3’ has come into the headlines and the reason for this is ‘Babu Bhaiya’. It seems that a new problem has arisen on this film. The news is that Paresh Rawal has once again backed out from this project. Now the question arises that if Babu Bhaiya is out of ‘Hera Pheri 3’, then how will this film be made.
‘Hera Pheri 3’ has been in the headlines ever since it was announced but due to controversies. There is already a dispute going on between the makers regarding the copyright of the film. Some time ago there was news that Paresh Rawal Had left the film after taking the signing amount. But after this, some media reports claimed that all the disputes between the lead actors of the film have been resolved. But amidst these news, the film is once again in trouble.
Paresh Rawal left ‘Hera Pheri 3’ again
In a report by Bollywood Hungama, quoting a source, it was said that Paresh Rawal has returned the signing amount received for ‘Hera Pheri 3’ with 15% interest and also some damages. His total fee was fixed at Rs 15 crore. It was mentioned in the term sheet that Paresh Rawal will get the remaining amount of Rs 14.89 crore only after one month of the film’s release. The senior actor had some objections regarding this condition. Apart from this, the shooting of the film is to begin sometime next year. This means that there was little hope of ‘Hera Pheri 3’ being released before the end of 2026 or 2027. Simply put, Paresh would have had to wait for almost two years to get the remaining part of his acting fees.

However, neither the filmmakers nor the actor himself has given any confirmation on this news yet. The report also claims that the announcement teaser of ‘Hera Pheri 3’ was shot on the sets of Bhoot Bangla.
Akshay Kumar on Hera Pheri 3
In a recent conversation, Akshay Kumar said, “Hera Pheri 3 is not being made as of now… I was shocked myself. No problem, welcome. You will have to recite some mantras so that everything becomes fine. It is not a year yet. There are many issues with it, it is not that we three actors are not together.”
