Gippy Grewal Struggle Story: Punjab’s famous singer and actor Gippy Grewal is currently in the news for his upcoming film Carry On Jatta 4. This film is going to hit the theaters soon. Meanwhile, singers have been seen in Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiya’s podcast. In which he has narrated his struggle story. This clip of his is also becoming quite viral on social media. In the video, the singer tells how even after the first album became a hit, he had to work hard and struggle a lot. At that time he lived in Canada and did many jobs to earn his living there. In which a toilet also had to be cleaned.

Gippy Grewal told that, even though his first album was a hit. But still, to survive, he and his wife used to do many small jobs in Canada. Which included everything from distributing papers to cleaning toilets in the mall.

What did Gippy Grewal do in Canada?

Gippy Grewal has recalled his struggle in the podcast of Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa. He told how much hard work he had put in till his second album came out. Singer says that I used to do 3-4 jobs a day. Gippy says- My wife and I used to wake up at 4 in the morning to distribute newspapers. After doing this work for 2 hours, I would come and sleep and my wife would go to her work. My wife used to go to work at Subway at 6 in the morning and work there till 4 in the evening. After this she also worked as a security guard. Later he left that job and we took the contract of cleaning a mall.

Used to get 13 dollars for cleaning toilet

He further said, “All these are very common jobs in Canada. People there do not look at these jobs differently. While delivering newspapers, my wife and I used to consider it as time spent together. We would talk while working and the work would be completed in two hours. However, the mall cleaning job had to be completed within the time period, while the security job required more hours. Gippy told that in other jobs he used to get $8, but I used to earn about $13 from cleaning the mall.

When is ‘Carry On Jatta 4’ releasing?

Gippy’s film ‘Carry On Jatta 4’ is going to be released soon. This film will hit the theaters on June 26. Many stars like Jasmine Bajwa, Jaswinder Bhalla, Binnu Dhillon, Karamjit Anmol are going to be seen in the film along with Gippy.
