Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chasmah Sundarlal: Jethalal is at the forefront of charging the highest fees in the sitcom TV show ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’. He is the most expensive actor. Mayur plays the role of Jethalal’s brother-in-law (Daya’s brother) in this show.

Mayur’s fees will be much less as compared to Jethalal, but he has explained how he proves to be expensive for the makers. In fact, ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah‘The story of Gokuldham Society of Mumbai is shown in the show. The shooting of the show takes place in Mumbai only. However, like the show, Mayur lives in Ahmedabad in real life also. His character is not always shown in the show, but sometimes according to the story. In such a situation, whenever his character is in demand, he calls the production from Ahmedabad to Mumbai at his own expense. Even if a scene happens, he is called by flight and is also sent back by flight. Mayur says that in this way he is an expensive actor for production.

Makers organized the event

On July 28, ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ completed 18 years. The makers organized an event to celebrate this special occasion, in which the actors who played various characters including Sunderlal, Jethalal participated. During the same time, Mayur described himself as the most expensive actor of the show.

It is often shown in the show that Sunderlala keeps cheating his brother-in-law Jethalal in money matters. Taking help of the same plot of the show, Mayur Vakani said, “If I prefer Jethalal, I have hired Asit Bhai (Producer). From the production point of view, I am the most expensive actor, because even for a shot, they call me and send me by flight.” Mayur also thanked the fans for loving the show for 18 years.
