Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Ayodhya today. First of all he gave a statement on the controversy of theft of offerings in Ram temple. CM Hanuman went to Garhi and also had darshan of Ramlala but Trust General Secretary Champat Rai was not present during the darshan. All the senior members of the Trust, whose names are under investigation, were not present in the program of darshan puja. This was decided in advance. At present, today is the 5th day of SIT investigation and the Chief Minister also clearly said in his statement that in 15 days milk will turn into milk and water into water, Ram devotees should wait.
During Chief Minister Yogi’s visit to the Ram temple, Cabinet Minister Surya Pratap Shahi, MLA Abhay Singh and Ayodhya Mayor Girish Pati Tripathi were present with him. During this, the Chief Minister gave an open statement for the first time on the irregularities in the donation amount. The Chief Minister said that whoever has any evidence should hand it over to the SIT. The government has constituted a special investigation team to investigate. Whoever is guilty, he will not be spared.
Now wait for 15 more days
He said, during the Ram Mandir movement, the same people who opened fire on kar sevaks and lathicharged those who chanted Jai Shri Ram, are today pretending to be concerned about Ram devotees. The public knows everything. The Chief Minister told the people that Ram devotees have waited for 500 years. Now wait for 15 more days, the truth will come out.
During his visit, the Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 126 development projects worth about Rs 378 crore. Apart from this, he flagged off many development schemes including the inauguration of Ramayana Wax Museum. The Chief Minister also participated in the birth anniversary program of Mahant Nritya Gopal Das. Also, the saint was present among the society at the inauguration of Shri Ram Katha program.
Why is CM’s Ayodhya visit important?
This tour is also being considered very important politically because in recent times, the opposition is continuously attacking the government amidst the questions raised regarding the donation management of Ram Temple. After the Chief Minister’s statement, now everyone’s eyes are on the SIT investigation. In the birth anniversary program of Mahant Nritya Gopal Das at Maniram Das Cantonment, the Chief Minister again gave a statement on the controversy of theft of Ram temple offerings.
He said that whenever India has progressed in a good direction in any period, the conspirators have lost sleep. That conspiracy has started again. For defaming Ayodhya Dham, for pointing fingers at Ramjanmabhoomi, for cursing the entire tradition. Those people who never came to Ayodhya to see Ramlala, those people are talking about devotion to Ram today, look at this double character.
We have to be careful of people of double standards
CM said, those people during whose reign questions were raised on the existence of Lord Shri Ram, those who used to file affidavits in the Supreme Court, those who used to lathicharge Ram devotees, are today calling for devotion to Ram. We have to be careful of these double-dealers. Our generations struggled for 500 years. We waited and then these days have come. If there is any flaw, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust requested the government, we formed a SIT.
He said, these are the same people who used to point fingers at Kumbh whenever they got the opportunity. It was said that there is discrimination in Kumbh. These people used to point fingers at Sanatan Dharma where even a saint takes bath and a sweeper also takes bath at the same confluence. While in power, these people had made the Kumbh event a den of stampede, chaos and looting.
