
Wipro, one of the leading companies of the country, has disclosed the salaries of top label executives in its annual report. According to the company’s annual report, the top management of the company has received huge salaries.
Srinivas Palliya, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) of IT company Wipro, received a total remuneration of US $ 52.9 lakh (about Rs 49.64 crore) in the financial year 2025-26. This information is given in the annual report of the company.
These facilities are also included with the salary
Pallia’s total compensation of $52,90,568 includes $16.5 lakh in salary and allowances, $10.5 lakh in commission and variable pay, $24.7 lakh in other benefits and $1,08,464 in long-term compensation. He took over the post of CEO and MD of Wipro in April 2024. Wipro Executive Chairman Rishad A Premji received a total remuneration of $ 7,73,213 (approximately Rs 7.25 crore) during the same period. He was not given any share option in the financial year 2025-26. According to the report, Premji and Palliya are entitled to commission at the rate of 0.35 percent on the increase in the company’s consolidated net profit compared to the previous financial year.
These people also got huge salaries
After Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) Srinivas Palliya, the company’s Chief Financial Officer Aparna C Iyer received a remuneration of $ 7,17,749 (about Rs 6.73 crore) in the financial year 2025-26. Palliya’s remuneration comes in between the heads of rival IT companies Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services. Infosys Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) Salil Parekh received a total remuneration of Rs 82.60 crore in the financial year 2025-26, which is the highest among these three. At the same time, CEO and MD of Tata Consultancy Services K. Kritivasan received a total remuneration of Rs 28 crore in 2025-26.
What is the condition of Wipro shares?
Till the time of writing on June 3, the shares of IT company Wipro were seen trading at Rs 203.75 with a decline of about 2.82 per cent. The company’s 52-week high was Rs 273.10. Whereas the low label of 52 weeks has been at Rs 186.50.
