A case has been registered against Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee President Ajay Rai in Mahoba for making objectionable and indecent remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On the complaint of Aryan Pandya, a case has been registered against Rai late night in Chowk police station. ACP Dashaswamedh Atul Anjan Tripathi said that this matter is being investigated with the help of cyber cell. Along with this, a case has also been registered against him in Varanasi, due to which Rai’s troubles have increased.
Now Ajay Rai’s statement on this matter has come out. He has clearly said that he is not afraid of filing not just one but a hundred cases. He said, ‘Even if they file a hundred cases against me, I will continue to raise my voice for injustice and the rights of the oppressed.’ Along with this, he has termed the objectionable remarks made against M Modi as a conspiracy by BJP. He claimed that it was a video made with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
‘Conspiracy AI generated video went viral’
Congress State President said that Mahoba’s daughter was raped for sixteen days, held hostage, given drug injection and her private parts were burnt with a cigarette. When he raised his voice in favor of that daughter, BJP people made a conspiracy AI generated video against him viral and now many cases are being filed against him in different districts. He has alleged that this is propaganda against him.
Demand for strict action against the culprits
Rai said that the government continuously claims security, but there is no fear of law in the minds of criminals on the ground. He said that criminals are openly carrying out heinous incidents and innocent families are forced to search for justice. He said that we demand from the Central and Uttar Pradesh governments to ensure the arrest of all the culprits involved in this heinous crime and to prosecute them in a fast track court and to give them the harshest punishment like death as soon as possible.
He said that any kind of leniency for such criminals would be injustice to the society and would increase the morale of the criminals. He said that the government should set an example and take strict action so that in future no one can dare to carry out such inhuman incidents.
‘Government should give compensation of Rs 50 lakh to the family’
Along with this, Ajay Rai demanded that the Uttar Pradesh government should provide a compensation of Rs 50 lakh to the family of the deceased student with immediate effect. He also said that financial assistance cannot be a substitute for a daughter’s life, but a sensitive step by the government is necessary to support the family in difficult circumstances. He said that the present government should be held accountable in matters related to women’s safety and concrete and effective systems should be developed to prevent crime.
‘Congress party stands strongly with the victim’s family’
Congress state president said that his party has always stood in favor of women’s safety, respect and justice and will also stand strongly with Mahoba’s daughter in the fight to get justice for her family. He said that unless the culprits get harsh punishment and the victim’s family does not get justice, the sensitivities of the society will not be appeased. Congress party stands strongly with the victim’s family.
