Some mint and coriander along with some seeds have been added to this chutney which will also give you good nutrition. In this way, along with controlling your appetite for sweets, you will also be able to remain healthy.

First know the disadvantages of eating too much sweets

  • cinnamon powder
  • fresh mint

  • 45 pomegranate seeds
