If you want to control low BP then you can adopt this home remedy of Doctor Upasana. In this you just have to consume asafoetida with jaggery. For this, fresh and natural jaggery has to be taken. Do not use chemical jaggery. Make a slight cut or hole in the jaggery and fill asafoetida in it. Now it has to be sucked like candy. With this, the problem of low BP will gradually reduce.
