After the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, the eyes of the whole world are fixed on his final farewell. The body of Khamenei, who was killed in the attacks by America and Israel, has reached Grand Mosala in Tehran, where lakhs of people are expected to come to pay their last respects. However, till now the Iranian media has not shown the face of Khamenei. In such a situation, the biggest question is whether his last picture will be revealed to the world before he is laid to rest.
The national flag of Iran has been placed on his coffin and it has been decorated with red flowers. According to Iranian officials, Khamenei’s body will be kept in the Grand Moselle in Tehran for three days so that people can offer flowers on his coffin. However, it has not yet been made clear whether the public will be allowed to see his face or not. For this reason, the discussion about his last picture has intensified all over the world.
Huge crowd will gather in Grand Mosala
The Iranian administration estimates that a crowd of 15 million to 20 million people may gather for the last farewell. It is being considered as the biggest state funeral in the history of Iran. Apart from Tehran, condolence meetings will also be organized in cities like Qom and Mashhad. Representatives of about 30 countries, including Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, are likely to attend the ceremony. China, Afghanistan and many countries of the Caucasus region have also announced to send their representatives. It is clear from this that this has become an event not only of Iran but of international importance.
Dead bodies will also be taken to Najaf and Karbala
After the programs in Tehran, Khamenei’s body will be taken to Iraq’s holy cities of Najaf and Karbala. After this, on July 9, he will be buried near the Dargah of Imam Reza in his birthplace Mashhad. Amidst all these preparations, the world is searching for the answer to one question: Will the last picture of Ali Khamenei be revealed? At present, no official information has been given by Iran in this regard. In such a situation, the eyes of the world will remain on Tehran before the final farewell and burial.
