The three Muslim MPs who rebelled against Mamata Banerjee did not attend the NDA meeting, what is the reason?

After the West Bengal Assembly election results, 20 MPs left Trinamool Congress (TMC) and joined NCPI. Now they are allies of NDA. Even though Speaker Om Birla has approved the merger of these MPs.Approval was not given, but Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar, Shatabdi Roy and Sayani Ghosh attended the NDA meeting. However, many speculations are being made regarding the non-attendance of three MPs in that meeting. Three Muslim MPs out of 20 NCPI MPs were missing from the meeting and the question is being raised whether they will return to Trinamool Congress again?

After the election results, a new equation was formed in the Parliament. 20 angry TMC MPs including Kakoli and Sudip Bandyopadhyay announced that they are leaving Trinamool Congress. NCPI are joining. Those MPs will work as allies of NDA. He had appealed to the Speaker to recognize NCPI as a parliamentary party, but Speaker Om Birla has not yet given recognition.

Despite NCPI’s recognition being pending, the angry MPs were called to an all-party meeting. TMC raised questions on this. The opposition protested. He was called last Tuesday. Even after coming out of the meeting, Kakoli and Junra said that the Prime Minister had introduced them to everyone as the partner party of NDA.

Which three MPs were absent?

According to sources, three Muslim MPs Abu Tahir, Khalilur Rehman and Yusuf Pathan were not present in the NDA meeting last Tuesday. It is learned that he is in Delhi on the occasion of monsoon session.

But he did not attend the meeting. Then there are speculations as to why he was not present in the meeting. Another news is already coming out. There are indications that NCPI may merge directly with BJP. In political circles, the absence of three Muslim MPs from the meeting is being considered as a signal.

Speculation started due to absence of Muslim MPs

Political sources say that Khalilur and Abu Tahir will not join BJP. They have political responsibilities in their respective areas. Their political position will be decided according to the demographics there. However, no one has yet talked about why they were not in the meeting? But due to their presence, speculations are being made whether these Muslim MPs have started distancing themselves from NCP.
