
There is still a lot of time for Telangana Assembly elections, but the murmur in the state has intensified. Meanwhile, the statement of BJP MLA Payal Shankar has come to light. He claimed that BJP government will be formed in the state in the upcoming assembly elections. Giving the example of 2023 Kamareddy elections, he said that BJP had defeated both the state Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) chief KCR there.
Speaking to the media, Payal Shankar said, ‘Elections were held in Kamareddy in 2023 and the current Chief Minister Revanth Reddy was a candidate there. BJP had defeated him there, and this is an example. We defeated both KCR and Revanth Reddy in Kamareddy. BJP will come to power in the next assembly elections in Telangana.

Congress and BRS accused of looting the state
Along with this, the BJP MLA accused both Congress and BRS of looting the state. He said, ‘BRS party looted the entire Telangana for the last 100 years and Congress party is looting it for the last two and a half years. Congress is running the whole country with the money of Telangana. He said that the purpose for which Telangana state was formed has not yet been achieved. He said that BJP will bring change in the state.
‘Congress government has lost the trust of the public’
Meanwhile, BRS working president KT Rama Rao KTR attacked Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and said that the Congress government has lost the trust of the public. He challenged the CM to seek a new mandate from the public. KTR claimed that an internal survey conducted by the CM camp showed BRS getting 78 assembly seats. He challenged Revanth Reddy to publicly reject the survey results.
‘People are ready to bring BRS back to power’
The BRS leader said that if the Congress government is satisfied with its work then it should dissolve the assembly. He also demanded that by-elections be held on the seats vacant due to party changes or the pending local body elections should be held immediately. He claimed that the growing feeling of public dissatisfaction towards the Congress government is visible in the findings of the survey. He said that the people of Telangana are ready to bring BRS back to power.
