15 Years Of Singham: From Bollywood to South, many such films were made, which people liked so much that the makers later turned that film into a franchise. One such film is Ajay Devgan’s ‘Singham’, which was directed by Rohit Shetty. Ajay was seen in the role of Police Inspector Bajirao Singham in this film. People liked his style, action and dialogues.

Today we are talking about ‘Singham’ because 15 years have passed since its release. ‘Singham’ was released on the big screen on 22 July 2011. Let us know how this film opened the way for the makers to earn Rs 600 crore.

Earnings of the first part of ‘Singham’?

According to Sacknilk Ajay Devgan ‘Singham’ had earned Rs 147.89 crore at the worldwide box office. Whereas the budget of this film was approximately Rs 41 crore. That means the earning was 3.5 times more than the budget. It got the tag of superhit at the box office.

600 crore business from second and third part

Seeing this success, Rohit Shetty turned ‘Singham’ into a franchise. In the year 2014, he brought the second part of this picture in the name of ‘Singham Returns’. People also liked this film a lot. Once again the roar of Bajirao Singham was seen. The film had collected Rs 220.5 crore from worldwide. In the year 2024, Rohit and Ajay came together once again with ‘Singham Again’, which did a worldwide business of Rs 389.64 crore. That means the film earned Rs 610.14 crore from these two parts.

Total earnings of ‘Singham’ franchise

It is clear from the collection figures that the first part was so successful that in the name of its popularity, the makers made a business of more than Rs 600 crore at the box office from the remaining two parts. If we add the collection of all three parts, the name of this franchise is Rs 758 crore.
