Team India management is currently under question. That too because of a format in which the Indian team has been miles ahead of all other teams for the last two-two and a half years. The Indian team, which has won the T20 World Cup twice in a row and won more than a dozen series, has suffered defeats in two consecutive T20 series in Ireland and England. This has put the entire team management including coach Gautam Gambhir in the circle of questions. Especially the management is being accused of shaking the confidence of Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Sanju Samson.
The sensational 0-2 defeat against Ireland shook Indian cricket. Then, due to losing 4 consecutive matches out of 5 against England, Team India suddenly seems to be in serious trouble. even if team india There have been a few changes in the series and stars like Jasprit Bumrah-Hardik Pandya were not in this series. Still, no one would have expected the world champion and a team full of dozens of IPL stars to lose 6 out of 7 matches on the same tour.
‘Team India management is very confused’
But the playing-11 selection has caused more trouble than the team’s defeat, due to which the team management is considered confused. Former Indian batsman Mohammad Kaif also raised this issue. He raised questions on the decisions of selecting and dropping Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Sanju Samson. Kaif wrote in a social media post, “I have never seen the Indian cricket team management so confused. The way Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Sanju Samson have been used was not professional at all.”
Never seen a more confused Indian cricket team management. The handling of Vaibhav Sooryavanshi and Sanju Samson has been far from professional. One is a generational talent, another World Cup winner – they need to be given confidence not doubts in their minds.

Accusing both the stars of filling doubts in their minds, Kaif further wrote, “One (Vaibhav) is a once-in-a-generation player, the other a World Cup winner – they need to be given confidence, not create doubts in their minds.”
Vaibhav and Samson’s confidence shaken
Actually there is a big reason for what Kaif said. At present, the T20 series is not of much importance for the next few times, but despite this, Team India did not field Vaibhav Suryavanshi for his debut in the beginning. When Sanju Samson lost 3 consecutive matches, Vaibhav was dropped. In such a situation, there was pressure on the 15 year old young batsman to prove himself.
If Vaibhav failed in this, then he was dropped in the last match, even though that match was not of much importance. Samson was called back. On the one hand, this put pressure on Samson to prove himself again, while on the other hand, it must have created a doubt in the mind of Suryavanshi that after one or two failures in the explosive game on the basis of which he reached here, he could be dropped from the team.
