The CEO said that his packers and movers team had performed brilliantly in this quarter. Many awards were being distributed, but this scooty was the biggest prize. Aggarwal believes that when employees put their heart and soul into achieving an impossible target, that moment should not be limited to just a formal award ceremony. He said that the best way to say thanks is not to give a boring speech, but to be a little funny and encourage your star performers from the heart.
