System error or misunderstanding! Student reached wrong center, missed NEET exam

Namrata Bhola, resident of Malviya Nagar, Delhi could not appear in NEET Re-Exam. their It is said that due to many schools with similar names, she got confused and reached the wrong examination centre, after going inside she found out that her examination center was not there. After this, she quickly left from there and ran to another centre, but by then it was too late. Because of this the student could not appear in the examination and missed the examination.

Namrata told that she had reached the examination center much before the scheduled reporting time and was confident that it was her allotted centre.

Confusion created by the name of the school

The candidate told that there are three schools in Narela in the name of Sarvodaya Vidyalaya. examination center Which confused many other students as well. After reaching the wrong centre, his admit card and other documents were checked several times, but at no stage was he told that he was at the wrong examination centre. About 30 minutes later, during biometric verification, he was informed that this was not his allotted centre.

After this, the candidate immediately ran to her correct examination centre, however, due to the loss of time at the wrong center and the travel time, she could reach her allotted correct center at around 1:45 pm. The candidate’s parents explained the entire situation to the authorities and requested for permission to enter, but he was not allowed to enter the examination centre.

Late information given about wrong center

The candidate says that if she had been informed about the wrong center during the document verification itself, she could have reached her correct examination center in time. She claims that the confusion due to schools with similar names did not only happen to her, but many other students were also affected by it.

The candidate has appealed to the concerned authorities to consider his case considering it as a case with special circumstances. She said that the exam was to start at 2 pm and she was all set to take the exam, but due to late information at the wrong center she could not appear for the exam. The candidate has demanded appropriate relief in the matter.
