Sunidhi Chauhan: Famous Bollywood singer Sunidhi Chauhan has not been seen as a judge in any reality show for a long time. Earlier the singer used to judge Indian Idol. But for some time now he has distanced himself from reality shows. Till now he had not even told the reason for this. But recently in Shekhar Suman’s chat show ‘Shekhar Tonight’ he told why he distanced himself from singing reality shows. During the conversation, Shekhar Suman said that Sunidhi always stays away from controversies and now she is not even seen as a judge in reality shows.

Why did Sunidhi stay away from reality shows?
In Shekhar Suman’s chat show ‘Shekhar Tonight’, Sunidhi explained the reason for staying away from reality shows. Singer said, “I did reality shows for a long time, but then I felt that this was not my place.” When Shekhar Suman asked her the reason for this, Sunidhi said that in today’s time the difference between music and reality shows is gradually disappearing. According to him, earlier techniques like auto-tune or melody were used in songs for a special effect. But now such things have reached reality shows. He said that where everything should be done real and honestly, he did not find it right to use technology excessively. For this reason he decided to distance himself from such shows.
What did Sunidhi say on live performance?
During the conversation, Shekhar Suman also mentioned the problems faced by the artists during live performances. Giving examples of some incidents that happened with singers like KK and Sonu Nigam, he asked whether Sunidhi too had ever faced such situations on stage.
On this, Sunidhi said that she considers herself lucky because no such bad behavior has happened to her till date. He said that people have always given him a lot of love and respect, and this is the biggest thing for him.
