Sunderkand can be recited both in the morning and evening. While reading Sunderkand in the evening, sit facing west. Then light a jasmine oil lamp and offer incense, flowers, fruits and prasad.
After this, meditate on Lord Shri Ram and Hanumanji along with Ganesh Vandana and Guru Vandana. Then offer seven peepal leaves at the feet of Hanumanji.
