After a long wait, a peace agreement has been reached between America and Iran. The purpose of this agreement is to end the ongoing war between the two countries. However, some Israeli leaders are not liking this peace agreement. In such a situation, US Vice President JD Vance has given a befitting reply to the leaders who criticized this Iran deal. He said that Tel Aviv cannot solve every national security problem through killing alone.
In an interview, Vance strongly criticized the comments made by Israel’s National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich on the Iran-US deal. Vance said, “What is your real proposal? You are a country of 9 million people. You cannot solve every national security problem just by killing people.” Vance said, “I find this turmoil in Israel a little strange because I think it is because of this distrust. Vance said, I believe that America has won the trust in that area of the world.”
Why did Israel protest?
In fact, this week Vance was defending the agreement made to end the war with Iran. However, critics of Israel have strongly criticized this peace deal. This is because this agreement has failed to stop Iran’s missile program and does not provide any clear path to destroy its nuclear sites. Along with this, it limits Israel in the war with Hezbollah militants in Lebanon.
